He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal and 1 Overseas Service Bar.
