SUN JUN 9th 1545hrs

Patriot Guard and associates,

Sadly we are called to stand for Nicholas Kiako, who served our country honorably in the US Army and was a Korean War Veteran, may he rest in peace.

Nick was a combat-wounded veteran of the Korean War, where he served on front lines with the US Army 2nd Infantry Division from 1950 to 1952, participating in numerous battles including the battle of Heartbreak Ridge; for which he received the Combat Infantry Badge, UN Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, several Purple Heart medals and the Bronze Star for heroic service.

We will provide a Flag Line at the funeral Home where Military Honors will take place.  Of note, the calling hours are from 1600-1800hrs and then Honors will take place.

ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC and have flags on site.
