GEORGE S. NASH, US MARINE CORPS, WWII VETERAN, SUNDAY, 19 MARCH 2017 AND MONDAY, 20 MARCH 2017, HAMDEN, CT AND NEW HAVEN, CT

***SHORT NOTICE***

Sadly we are called to honor George S. Nash, US Marine Corps, who served during WWII in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations and participated in action against the enemy at Iwo Jima and Okinawa. He was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Campaign Ribbon, American Theater Campaign Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

We will stand a Flag Line to honor this member of our Greatest Generation during calling hours on Sunday from 1500 to 1800 hours at the Funeral Home, and Monday at 0930 hours for the Church service. Military Honors will be rendered following the church service. The family has invited us to join them at J Roos Restaurant following the service.

ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC and Flags will be on site.
