Communication Center

Our Communication Policy is simple  – “Open Door.”  While there is no central location for Patriot Guard Riders of CT, Inc., we work together to provide services requested.  We strive to insure that while we are completing our missions we demonstrate the utmost the respect and care to the military, veteran, family and community.  We cannot do what we do with communication between leadership, each other, and who we are providing the services.

We are committed to delivering most respectful services possible.  We wish everyone’s voice is heard, where issues are promptly raised and resolved, and where communication flows across all levels. Openness is an essential to quickly resolve concerns, to recognize issues as they arise, and to address the changing needs of our diverse membership and who we provide services.  Open Door Policy is open communication in an environment of trust and mutual respect that creates a solid foundation accomplish our goals.

An Open Door Policy insures

  • open, honest communication between leadership, members and those we service is a day-to-day practice
  • anyone may seek counsel, provide or solicit feedback, or raise concerns
  • leadership and members hold the responsibility for creating a respectful environment where everyone’s input is welcome, advice is freely given, and issues are surfaced early and are candidly shared without the fear of retaliation when this input is shared in good faith

Our State Captain, Gregg Barratt strives to keep communication open on all levels and will be periodically providing updates here.

We strive to give back to the military, veteran, first responders, community and the public. We are not boasting, we are sharing our activities. There are times that the news media, other agencies, and the community has covered what we do via video tape, new stories, or public releases. Will be sharing these tidbits here as well.

Our goal is to make sure the public is aware that we do more than just funerals – even though is our primary mission – and this will be on way we can increase this awareness.  To do this, communication it extremely important.

If you have news of something we can participate in and wish for us to share it with our members, please Contact Us.
