Sadly we are called to Stand in Honor for Wallace M. Appell  Tech 5 US Army WWII
Wallace was a long time friend of our own Greg & Marcia Young, We are sorry for your loss.
Significant Duty Stations include Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 325th Glider Infantry Regiment during the Failed Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands (Holland) where his Glider and Tow Plane were shot down in German Occupied Territory. Wallace was held as a Prisoner of War for 9 Months.
Significant Awards include The American Theater Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal w/ 1 Bronze Star, Combat Infantry Badge, Prisoner of War Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the WW II Victory Medal. 
We will Stand a Flag Line for Calling Hours which are scheduled from 5pm-7pm on Thursday 09/12/2019.
We will also Stand a Flag Line for Burial and Military Honors on Friday 09/13/2019 at the cemetery.
SRC Greg Young will be RCIC with Flags & Water on site for both days.
