Sadly, we have been requested to stand a Flag Line for Joseph Richard, U.S. Marine Corps.
At the time of the posting, we have not received a DD 214 or any further information on his military service.
We will stand a Flag Line at the church and there will not be Military Honors as he will be interred in Arlington Cemetery at a later date.
SC Gregg Barratt will be RCIC and have flags on site.
