We have received the following request from The CT DVA looking for Volunteers for this years Stand Down Event for Veterans in CT. Â

We are looking to see if there are any of your members who would want to volunteer this year for Stand Down. It’s a 2 day event, the first day, 9/24 is all virtual with virtual informational sessions and the second day, 9/25 will be held at 4 locations for distribution of personal needs items, Covid testing and flu shots.
We need 12-14 volunteers at the following locations on 9/25 to assist with traffic, Covid protocol adherence and item distribution:
