Sadly we are called to Stand in Honor for Samuel Salvatore Girasuolo, CPL US Marine Corps Reserves 07/1943 – 05/1946 and 10/1950 – 04/1951 Participating in Action against the enemy at IWO JIMA.

Significant Duty Stations include 5th Marine Division with Action against the enemy at IWO JIMA, Casual Company Headquarters and Service Battalion ,Marine Base, Camp Lejeune, NC as a Heavy Truck Driver.

Significant Awards include Combat Action Ribbon, American Campaign Medal, Aisiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal w/ 1 Bronze Star, WW II Victory Medal, and National Defense Service Medal.

We will stand a flag line for the memorial service.

ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC with Flags and Water on site.

Members are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather.
