GERALD J. CYR, MAJ, US ARMY NATIONAL GUARD

Sadly we are asked to stand a Flag Line to honor Gerald J. Cyr, MAJ, US ARMY National Guard. He served 3 years as a
​Spc
5 and a tour in Vietnam. He then went into the National Guard, where he served 20 years, retiring as a Major. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, 2 Overseas Bars, and Expert Medal M-14.
​ No information on his National Guard service is available at this time.
We will stand a Flag Line for the church service. Interment is at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC and Flags and water will be on site.
