I wanted to touch base with the membership in regard to volunteering for the chili cook-off.

Many of you have already sent emails offering your time and help and we are greatly appreciative of your enthusiasm and desire to be a part of this, but I need your assistance in volunteering. We have listed the days and the times available to volunteer. When you volunteer please be specific on the day and time you would like to help; only you can decide what works best for you and your scheduleâ€¦ If you can do part of one shift and part of another just let me know the time frame you need (i.e. 9 am-1pm) We welcome as little or as much time as you can give. Anytime you can commit to this event makes a huge difference…
