The World Memorial Project will be opening a 28 x 60 foot  50lb American Flag on the Lawn of the State Capitol as part of the 5 year mission to bring this flag to all 50 State Capitols and multiple Monuments. The mission of the flag started its tour on the 15th Anniversary of the 9/11 Attacks.
