Sadly we have been requested to stand in Honor of Edward G. Ohr Jr. ETM3 US Navy WWII.
Edward served from 05/45 – 08/46
Significant duty stations include Naval Receiving Station New Haven, CT, Naval Training Center Great Lakes IL, Naval Training School Pre Radio Chicago, IL, Naval Training School Del Monte, Ca, USS Franklin Delano Roosevelt CV-42 and Naval Research Laboratory Washington DC.
Significant Awards include the American Campaign Medal, and the WWII Victory Medal
We will stand a flag line at the cemetery only.
THIS MISSION IS AT THE SAME TIME AS ANOTHER HONOR MISSION IN MYSTIC. Please choose which mission you would like to attend.
SR RC Gregg Barratt will be RCIC and flags & water will be on site.
Members are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather.
