Significant Duty Stations include Coast Guard Training Station Manhattan Beach, NY, Coast Guard Receiving Station New York, NY, District Coast Guard Officer 3rd Naval District, USS CALLAWAY APA-35, Naval Hospital Oakland, CA, Coast Guard Barracks Chambers Street New York, NY.

Significant Awards include Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal w/ 3 Bronze Service Stars, WW II victory Medal, Navy Occupation Service Medal w/ Asia Clasp, Philippine Liberation Medal w/ 2 Bronze Service StarsÂ

We will stand a flag line at the cemetery only with staging time of 1015 hrs.

ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC with flags and water on site.
