Sadly we are called to stand for Matthew J. Skurat who served his State honorably as a Fire Fighter for 50 years, may he rest in peace.
Matthew was a member of the Echo Hose Company # 1 Fire Department for over 50 years, and served as their secretary for 49 years. He was also a member of the Pine Rock Company # 4 Fire Department and served as a Chaplain for the Shelton Fire Department.
We will stand a Flag line at the church and cemetery.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC and Flags will be on site.
