Significant Awards include the Navy Achievement Medal w/ Combat V, Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Good Conduct Medal x4, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
