Patriot Guard and associates,

Sadly we are called to stand for Robert Richardson who served our country honorably in the U.S. Navy a diver from 1962-1966, may he rest in peace.  Bob also served here at home as a Firefighter in Norwich retiring in 2003.

We will provide a Flag Line at the funeral home for the service and then a Flag Line at the cemetery.

Sr. RC  Jack Casey will be RCIC and have flags on site.
