Sadly we are called to stand for Dr. Richard Bagnall who proudly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1944-1947, may he rest in peace.

During the post-war occupation of Korea he served as Deputy Director of Public Health in the U.S. Military Government Headquarters in Seoul, Korea and subsequently wrote a book entitled “Cholera Fighters” on his Korean experiences.

We will stand a Flag Line at the cemetery for this Hero.

State Captain Gregg Barratt will be RCIC and have flags on site.
