Sadly we are called to Stand in Honor for Edward Arthur Shay AMM3, US Navy Reserves WW II and Law Enforcement Officer. Edward passed away in 1988 and has no known family.
Significant Duty Stations include The Naval Receiving Station, New Haven, CT, Naval Training Station Sampson, NY, Receiving Station Norfolk, VA, Headquarters Squadron Fleet Airwing 3, Personnel Seperation Center Lido Beach, LI NY.
Significant Awards Include the American Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.
We will Stand a Flag Line for Cemetery Services and Military Honors.
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC with flags and water on site.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not permitted on State Property.
