Sadly we are called to stand for George E. Ellis, RM3, US Navy, Â who served our country honorably from 1942 to 1946 during WWII. He served aboard the USS Shubrick DE-639. He was awarded the American Campaign Medal, the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star, the Good Conduct Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
This is a 2-part Mission, with the Wake on Monday and Interment on Wednesday.
We will stand a Flag Line at the funeral home during the Wake from 1600 hrs to 2000 hrs, Interment will be on Wednesday where we will stand a Flag Line for Military Honors.
Assistant State Captain Jack Casey will be RCIC and Flags will be onsite.
