Sadly we are called to honor Richard A. Roberts, SA, US Navy, who served from 1971 to 1974, and was aboard the USS Charles Berry, DE-1035. He was awarded the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation with 1 Star, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with ! Bronze Star, the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC and Flags will be on site.
