Veterans Bench Dedication

Patriot Guard and Associates,
We are proud to have been asked to participate in the dedication of a Memorial Bench donated by VKVSWCT1 to Paul and Tan Patchem, parents of Cpl Kemaphoom A. Chanawongse. They insisted that it be dedicated to all of Waterford’s Fallen Heroes, their son, Ahn, SSG Edwin Rivera, SSG Ari R. Cullers, who have Memory Trees in Veterans Park, and CAPT. Arnold E. Holm, a Viet Nam Fallen soldier, for whom the duck pond is named.
Don Camden will be RCIC and have Flags on site.
