Significant Duty Stations include Naval Receiving Station Hartford, CT, Naval Training Station Newport, RI, Armed Guard Center South Brooklyn, NY, USAT Henry Gibbons, Armed Guard Center New Orleans, LA, SS Opeguon, Armed Guard School Norfolk, VA, Armed Guard Center Pacific, Treasure Island San Francisco, CA, SS Gulf Caribbean, SS Jericho Victory, Personnel Separation Center Lido Beach, LI NY.
Significant Awards include Navy Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle-Eastern Campaign Medal w/ 1 Bronze Service Star, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.
We will Stand a Flag Line for Church Services and for Military Honors at the Church.

We are honored to have been invited by the LT Governor’s Office to participate in the 2019 Wall Of Honor Ceremony being held to Honor the 65 Fallen from CT since 9/11. 
We will Stand a Flag Line for the Ceremony.
SC Mac McArthur will be RCIC with Flags and Water on Site.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not permitted on State Property.  Members should plan to arrive early for Parking and Security Screening purposes.

We are proud to have been invited by Major General Francis Evon Jr, CT Adjutant General to participate in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Small Air Terminal, 103rd Airlift Wing, 100 Nicholson Av, East Granby CT 06026.
We will Stand a Flag Line for the Ceremony.
SRC Gregg Barratt will be RCIC with flags and water on site.
**SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS**
Members will be entering an Active Military Base and must follow the following instructions for Security Purposes;
NO Personal Weapons to include pocket knives are permitted on the base to include stored on or in your vehicle. Vehicles are subject to search prior to entry. 
All Members are to have Photo ID and present same to gain access to the base.
Staging will be at the bowling alley parking area and the group will travel to the base together.

We have been invited to participate in Municipal Veterans Representative Training being held at the CT Veterans Home in Rocky Hill. 
This Training is mandated for Municipalities annually and brings Representatives from cities and towns statewide to bring them up to date on the various programs and services available to Veterans and Families in CT. 
We have been asked to set up a table to distribute information and brochures as a Veterans Service Organization in the State. We will also have on hand the forms and information about the various memorials and registries. 
SRC Jack Casey will be RCIC. 
The training begins at 8am in the Auditorium above the Commissioners conference room. 
Members may come and man the table and promote our organization for as long as you would like to.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not Permitted on State Property.
