Leonard served with Headquarters Battery, 3rd Battalion, 82nd Artillery Regiment, 196th Infantry Brigade as a Field Wireman in Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam.
Significant Awards include The Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Service Stars, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Expert Rifle M-14 Badge, and 1 Overseas Service Bar.
We will Stand a Flag line at the Funeral Home and at the Cemetery.
A Flagged Vehicle Escort has been requested weather permitting.

Camp Nett will be Formally Dedicated in Honor of Colonel Robert Burton Nett US Army WW II. Colonel Nett was awarded the Medal of Honor for Actions in the Recapture of the Philippines in WW II.
