We have been invited to attend a Flag Day Celebration at the Middletown Elks Club, 44 Maynard St. Middletown, CT. The event is being presented by The Officers and Members of Middletown Elks Lodge BPOE #771,and the Middletown Emblem Club 452.

This is an ATTEND ON YOUR OWN EVENT.
Staging will be at 10:00 am at the Elks Lodge 74 Maynard St. Middletown, CT.06457

BBQ Lunch will follow.

Attend Your Own: Portland American Legion Breakfast

Patriot Guard and Associates,

There is a Breakfast scheduled at 0730 hrs (7:30 am), at the Portland American Legion Post 69, on Saturday, 28 May 2016. A number of us plan on attending before we go to set up Flags at the Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, or go to the Bozrah Memorial Day Parade. Please join us if you can. Cost is nominal, I believe $6.00 for all you can eat. No mission, just a get together.

We have been invited to set up an information table at the Super Sunday Motorcycle Show from 0900 hrs (9:00 am) to 1700 hrs (5:00 pm), on Sunday, 5 June 2016, in Terryville, CT. This is a great opportunity to get our message out to a lot of people and groups. We will be provided a good location to set up and 6 tickets for entry into the event. I need some volunteers to man the table and put out our tri-fold, as well as sell whatever merchandise we have available.

Please respond so I can inform the organizer of our participation.

CTPGR TRIP TO MOTORCYCLEPEDIA MUSEUM

NEWBURGH, NY, SATURDAY, SEPT. 19, 2015

Patriot Guard,

 

Our member “Bones”, is organizing a ride to visit the Motorcyclepedia Museum in Newburgh, NY on Saturday, September 19, 2015. We will meet at 0800 hrs (8 AM) at the commuter lot off I-84, exit 28. West bound, lot is directly across from exit ramp. East bound, make a left off exit on Rt. 322, and lot is ¼ mile on right.  Ride is about 74 miles, approximately 90 minutes to get there. Be on time and have a full tank of gas and an empty bladder to start, and remember HELMETS ARE REQUIRED IN NY.

Please let Bones ( imzeehoff1@outlook.com ) or Mark Brundage, Sr ( markbrundagesr@yahoo.com) know because we need a head count for the museum to plan our trip. Let them know byWednesday, September 2, 2015.

Summer Get Together Update and Reminder

Just an update about the picnic.

While I have seen many people say that they are attending the picnic on our social media site, I have less than 20 people that have emailed me and confirmed their attendance.

I need to hear from folks so I can appropriately obtain enough food and beverage. We are less than 30 days away from the August 16th date.
