We have been asked to attend this Special Event to raise awareness of PTSD and Veteran Suicide. Steve Lewis is doing a 70 mile walk from Manchester, CT to Providence, RI. The walk begins at the Army & Navy Club in Manchester, CT, with a meet & greet/reception prior to the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony is at 0830 hrs (8:30 am), and we will stand a Flag Line for the start of the event.

We are honored to have been invited to the RETURNING SOLDIER MONUMENT at the Department of Veterans Affairs Rocky Hill Campus, which marks the completion of a preservation and landscaping project made possible in large part through donations from Norwich area Veterans. The project restored the monument and added sidewalks, benches, landscaping and lighting to highlight the significance of this historic 1868 sculpture.
