Significant Duty Stations include Headquarters and The Headquarters Detachment 15th Ordinance Company, Direct Support US Army Europe as a Light Wheeled Mechanic in Germany.
Significant Awards include The Army Commendation Medal w/ Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Achievement Medal w/ 2 Oak Clusters, Good Conduct Medal 2nd Award, National Defense Service Medal, Army Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon w/ Numeral 2, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, Expert Marksmanship Badge Rifle M-16, Expert Marksmanship Badge Grenade, Parachutists Badge, and Driver/Mechanic Badge w/ Mechanic Bar.
We will Stand a Flag Line at the CT State Veterans Cemetery 317 Bow La Middletown CT for burial services.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC with flags and water on site. 
Members are reminded that personal weapons are not permitted on State Property.

Sadly we have been called to Stand in Honor for Francis G. Cannata  CPL US ARMY Air Corps  WW II
Cpl Cannata served in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theaters of Operation with the 860th Bombardment Squadron 493rd Bombardment Group, 8th Air Force as a Medical Corpsman in the Air Offensive Europe, Normandy, Northern France Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe Campaigns.
Significant Awards include The European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Campaign Ribbon with 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Service Star, American Theater Campaign Ribbon, Good Conduct Ribbon, and the World War II Victory Medal.
We will Stand a Flag Line for Calling Hours at the Funeral Home from 1pm – 2pm and a Flag line at the Cemetery at 3pm.
A Flagged Vehicle Escort has also been Requested from the Funeral Home to the Cemetery.
SC Mac McArthur will be RCIC and flags and water will be on site.
This Mission coincides with 2 other missions at State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown.
Members may attend whichever Mission works best for them.

We will Stand a Flag line for calling hours from 0900-1100hrs.
Flagged Vehicle Escort has been requested from the funeral home to the cemetery.
We will also Stand a Flag line at the cemetery.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC for both the Funeral Home and the Cemetery and will have flags and water on site.
This Mission will coincide with another mission that will arrive immediately following at 1pm and also another mission in Wallingford, CT. Please attend whichever mission you would like.

Significant Duty Station was Altus AFB Oklahoma as an Administrative Specialist.
Significant awards include National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Funeral Home Stage
We will Stand a Flag line for calling hours on Thursday April 26, 2018 from 5pm to 7pm at the Portland Memorial Funeral Home  231 Main St, Portland, CT 06480.
SC Mac McArthur will be RCIC and flags will be on site.
Cemetery Stage
We will also stand a flag line on Friday April 27, 2018 at the CT State Veterans Cemetery 317 Bow La Middletown, CT 06457. Cemetery Staging will be 12 noon.
ASC Jack Casey will be RCIC at the Cemetery and will have Flags and Water on site.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not authorized on State Property.
This mission follows the mission in Cromwell/Middletown the same morning and is at the same time as a Mission in Wallingford.

Specialist Mockalis served with the Headquarters and Service Command, 118th Medical Battalion, CT ARNG as a Health Care Specialist at Fort Drum NY for 01/2004 – 03/2005.
 
Significant awards include the Army Reserve Components Achievement Award (w/ 2nd Award), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/ “M” device, and the Army Service Ribbon.
 
We will stand a flag line for burial service at the CT State Veterans Cemetery 317 Bow La Middletown, CT 06457 with staging at 1200 hrs.
 
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC and flags will be on site.
 
Members are reminded that personal firearms are not permitted on State property.

Sadly we have been called to Stand in Honor Charlie Odum, PVT US ARMY WW I and Richard Alan Chase PFC US ARMY Korea.

PVT ODUM served in WW I from 08/04/1918 to 01/10/1919. He was awarded the WW I Victory Medal. PVT ODUM passed in 1979.

PFC Richard A. Chase served in Korea with Company F, 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division as an Infantry First SGT.

Significant awards include The National Defense Service Meday, The Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, Unites Nations Service Medal, Republic of Korea War Service Medal, and 2 Overseas Service Bars.

Both Veterans will be Interred in the Columbari

at Ct State Veterans Cemetery 317 Bow La. Middletown, CT 06457.

Both Veterans have no known family so CT Patriot Guard members will be their family.

We will stage at CT Veterans Cemetery at 0830 hrs.

SR RC Don Camden will be RCIC and flags will be on site.

This mission is at the same time as the mission in Ansonia/Shelton. Choose which mission is best for you.

Members are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather and that personal weapons are not permitted on the Cemetery Grounds.
