Volunteers are needed to set-up on Friday, 5 May 2017, and workers are needed all day on Saturday, 6 May 2017. Time to set-up is 0900 hrs (9:00 am) on Friday, the more people who show up, the sooner we get done. Saturday we should get there at 0900 hrs (9:00 am) also to have everything ready for the 1100 hrs (11:00 am) opening.
This is an important event for us to be able to provide funds for our heroes.
