Suggested $10.00 donation to be in the parade. 100% of proceeds go to Wounded Veterans Project Inc to Help Combat Veterans in need. (not $10.00 per person, it is $10.00 a bike/car/truck/whatever)

If you missed this last year, let me just say IT WAS AMAZING!!!! had around 130 bikes and maybe 30 vehicles. Bring your American flags and/or thin blue line flags. Decorate your ride!!!! RED WHITE AND BLUE EVERYWHERE !

Sadly we have been requested to Stand in Honor for Louis Salvatore Doddo SSGT US Army WW II KIA July 7 1944.
 SSGT Louis Doddo was killed during a massive Japanese attack against the 105th Infantry on the Island of Saipan on July 7, 1944. His remains were disinterred from the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial and returned to the US for identification. DNA testing identified a family member in CT.
Served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations with Headquarters and Headquarters Company 1st Battalion 105th Infantry Regiment 27th Infantry Division as a Rifleman in Saipan. 
Significant Awards include the American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal w/ 2 Bronze Service Stars and a Bronze Arrowhead, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Army Presidential Unit Citation w/ Oak Leaf Cluster, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, and the World War II Victory Medal.  
A Flagged Vehicle Escort has been requested from the Funeral Home to the Cemetery. 
Any Member interested in the Escort are asked to notify the RC.
We will  Stand a Flag Line for Cemetery Services and Full Military Honors.

A Flagged Escort has been requested for the transfer from the Airport to the funeral home. The CT State Police will provide LEO escort to the funeral home in Norwalk. 
RC Kevin Rancort will be RCIC with Flags on site. 
Any Member interested in the Escort notify the RC and assure that your flags and mounts are safe for highway speeds for an extended period of time.

We have been invited to participate in a Flag Day/Flag Retirement Ceremony at River Ridge at Avon, a Memory Care Residential Facility.  This event is being held by the Staff to replace their aging flag and also to Honor their Veteran Residents. Veteran Residents will be involved in the Flag Ceremony and PGR has been asked to assist the Veteran Residents in lowering the Old and Raising the New Flag. A short speaking program will also occur.
