This is an Attend on your own event.  We can set up a tent/table with brochures at the Bloomfield site. Anyone that would like to man the table Please let myself or Gregg know asap. We have also been asked to set up flags as we have done in the past. Bring your own chairs. 
For those who would like to attend the Honor and Remember presentation in Ellington, please arrive at Old School HD by 9:30am.

We are Honored to have been Invited to participate in the Escort, Send Off and Return of Veteran Hero’s who are being taken to Washington DC to visit the Monuments of their respective services and conflicts. 
This is being made possible by Honor Flight CT. 
Flagged Vehicles will meet at the Z Parking staging area to Escort the buses to the Airport.
At the Airport we will Stand a Flag Line for the participants and their Guardians arrival and during the Ceremony prior to the Veterans Boarding the plane.
Time line for the morning is as follows;
5:30-5:45   Veterans arrive at Z Parking
5:45-6:00    Veterans board the buses 
6:00            Procession departs Z Parking
6:15            Buses arrive at Baggage Claim
6:30            Ceremony Begins
6:55-7:00    Ceremony Ends.
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC for the Escort and will have Flags on Site.
Return Stage 9:30pm
Southwest Airlines Arrival is expected at approx 10:30pm. Participants will exit the Southwest Terminal Upper Level ( Next to the TSA Checkpoint) just down the hall from their ticket counter.
We will Stand a Flag Line for the Return of the flight.

We will provide a flagged vehicle escort (weather permitting)  from the DVA Campus in Rocky Hill to the Cemetery in Middletown.  This will be a LEO Escorted procession.
We will also Stand a Flag Line for the Cemetery Services.

We are Honored to have been invited to participate in the 10th anniversary Run For The Fallen Connecticut.
This event held annually Honors the 65 Fallen Service Members from Ct since 09/11. Runners will have the opportunity to run 1km legs (8 per lap) for 8 laps with 1 additional final leg to Honor out Fallen.  Walkers may walk a 1km lap on a walking path throughout the event.  The Final Lap will step off at approx 1pm.
We will stand a Flag Line for the final lap as Runners Make a lap around the Memorial Park ending at the Monument where a Ceremony will be held. We will also Stand a Flag Line for the Ceremony.
Flagged bikes have been requested for the final leg of the run.
Members and Ride Captains with flags are requested to bring them.
SRC Don Camden will be RCIC with flags and water on site.
Members are also invited to arrive early and be treated to lunch.
