SUPER SUNDAY MOTORCYCLE SHOW

0900 HRS (9:00 AM) TO 1700 HRS (5:00 PM)

TERRYVILLE FAIRGROUNDS, TERRYVILLE, CT

Patriot Guard and Associates,

We have been invited to set up an information table at the Super Sunday Motorcycle Show, put on by Don Clady, CT Cruise News, and the Terryville Lions Club. This will be an opportunity for us to get our message out to a huge crowd, and maybe be able to sell some of our merchandise also.

We will have to set up from 0700 hrs (7:00 am) to 0900 hrs (9:00am) when the show opens. I have received offers of assistance from many members, and will be meeting Jack Casey, Mark Brundage Sr and myself early to set up. If the other people who volunteered would come at 1000 hrs (10:00 am) or later to give the early people a break that would be appreciated. I hope to have a number of tickets donated by Don Clady for entrance into the show. Of course, if you want to spend the whole day with us, you’re more than welcome. We’ll have tables and chairs, if someone can bring 1 or 2 tents, that would be wonderful.

STAGE: 0700 HRS (7:00 AM), Sunday, 5 June 2016
Terryville Fairgrounds

***SPECIAL MISSION***

NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL CHILI COOK-OFF

SAURDAY, MAY 2nd, 2015

Patriot Guard and Associates,

It is 19 days from the NERCC 2015, a major fund raising event for the PGR and Somers Fire Dept. A call was put out for volunteers to assist setting up on Friday morning, and during the event on Saturday. We have gotten a poor response from our membership, and I am again requesting help in supporting this event. This is the major means of raising money to be able to conduct our missions during the year. Contact Mike Freedman at madmike@chilict.com.  with your availability as soon as possible. I will putting out a statewide mission message soon regarding a Flag Line and Flag Bikes for the opening ceremony.

We need to support this event with as much gusto as possible. Thanks.
