Significant Duty Stations include Naval Base Kings Bay, GA as a Security Forces Infantryman.
Significant Awards include the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal.
A Flagged Vehicle Escort has been Requested from the Funeral Home to the Church and then to the Cemetery.
We will Stand a Flag Line for Church Services, Cemetery Services and Military Honors.

We are Honored to have been invited by Honor Flight CT to participate in the Escort and Ceremony for approximately 60 Veterans who are being taken to Washington DC to visit their respective monuments, many for their first time.
A flagged/PGR identified vehicle escort will start at Windsor Locks High School to bring the Veterans to the Airport for the Pre Departure  Ceremony. Stage time is 6:00am.
RC Kevin Rancourt (860-819-4199) will be RCIC for the Escort STAGE.
Morning  Airport Stage will include a Flag Line for the arriving Veterans as they prepare for departure. A Ceremony will be held at the SOUTHWEST AIRLINES baggage claim area lower level door #2. Stage time is 6:30am
RC Rob Migliore will be RCIC for the Airport Stage with flags on site.
Evening Airport Stage will include a Flag Line  for the return of the Veterans.  A flagged vehicle escort has been Requested from the Airport to the High School if available. Evening Stage is at 8:30pm at SOUTHWEST AIRLINES Arrivals.

MEMBERS ARE REMINDED THAT PERSONAL WEAPONS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON STATE AND TOWN PROPERTY.

We have been requested to Stand in Honor and Escort Raymond C Mayberry,  SGT US Marine Corps  GWOT.  SGT Mayberry passed away while on Active Duty and Funeral Services will be held on Saturday 09/24/2022 in New Haven/West Haven
A Dignified Transfer will take place at Bradley Airport on Wednesday and we will provide an Escort to the Funeral Home from the Airport to the West Haven Funeral Home in West Haven.
Flagged Vehicles and appropriately identified PGR vehicles are permitted to participate.
CTPGR will not be allowed on to the Airport Proper. We will Stand a Flag line outside the Gate at the CT State Police Building on Firehouse Rd.  The Flight is expected to arrive at the airport at 2:52pm on Wednesday.
SRC Paul Novicelli (860-919-8727) will be RCIC. Members should bring their own flags.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not permitted on State Property.

We have been invited by the Northeast Saltwater Fishing Club to provide a Flagged Vehicle Escort for a bus transporting Veterans to Niantic for a Fishing Trip. The Club Sponsors this trip and there is no cost to the Veteran.
The bus will be leaving the CT Department of Veterans Affairs 287 West St Rocky Hill at 1pm.
Members that are Veterans have been invited to go on the fishing trip if they would like to.

Members should assure that their flags can safely be flown at highway speeds.

Very sadly, we have been requested to stand for one of our own CT PGR members, John Muise, U.S. Navy.

John proudly served in the US Navy and was discharged in 1975.  He was a longtime member of the CT Patriot Guard Riders as well as a member of the CT Minute Men Riders.

John will be truly missed on the Flag Line and he could always be counted on to offer an interesting story on each and every mission.

SC Gregg Barratt will be Ride Captain and flags will be on site.

Note: This mission occurs on 7/12 and posted early so members can plan ahead if they wish to attend.
