Kwaku Amponsah, 28, a resident of East Hartford, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning Aug 12, 2021, in Yale Smilow Cancer hospital. He was born in Kumasi, Ghana to Mother Elizabeth Amponsah and Father Evans Amponsah Asubonteng. Kwaku Amponsah was a very strong, charismatic, loving, jovial young man. He loved music, fashion and being with his friends and family. He was very forgiving, he had no hate in his heart. He was genuinely a good person, he wanted the best for people. He was very patient but he would also chastise anyone he thought was out of line to look out for their best interest. He had a sense of humor. He liked to make fun of his friends, he would dish it out but he could take it too. Kwaku served in the Connecticut Army National Guard until he passed.

A Flagged Vehicle Escort has been requested from the Funeral Home to the Cemetery.
