Significant Duty Stations include the USS Coral Sea CV-43, USS Chicago CG-11,  NTCC Portsmouth VA.
Significant Awards include Good Conduct Medal x2, National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Navy Expeditionary Medal, Sea Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ Device, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation.
We will Stand a Flag Line for Calling Hours, Memorial Service and Military Honors at the Funeral Home.

Patriot Guard and Associates;
Sadly we have been requested to Stand in Honor for Louis Salvatore Doddo SSGT US Army WW II KIA July 7 1944.
 SSGT Louis Doddo was killed during a massive Japanese attack against the 105th Infantry on the Island of Saipan on July 7, 1944. His remains were disinterred from the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial and returned to the US for identification. DNA testing identified a family member in CT.
Served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations with Headquarters and Headquarters Company 1st Battalion 105th Infantry Regiment 27th Infantry Division as a Rifleman in Saipan. 
Significant Awards include the American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal w/ 2 Bronze Service Stars and a Bronze Arrowhead, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Army Presidential Unit Citation w/ Oak Leaf Cluster, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, and the World War II Victory Medal.  
A Flagged Vehicle Escort has been requested from the Funeral Home to the Cemetery. 
Any Member interested in the Escort are asked to notify the RC.
We will  Stand a Flag Line for Cemetery Services and Full Military Honors.

We will Stand a Flag Line at the Airport for SSGT Doddo’s transfer to the funeral home in Norwalk. We are not permitted on the Airport proper. We will Stand our Flag Line outside the gate at 30 Firehouse Rd. 
A Flagged Escort has been requested for the transfer from the Airport to the funeral home. The CT State Police will provide LEO escort to the funeral home in Norwalk. 
RC Kevin Rancort will be RCIC with Flags on site. 
Any Member interested in the Escort notify the RC and assure that your flags and mounts are safe for highway speeds for an extended period of time. 
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not permitted on State Property.
