Earl served four years in the Air Force with the 3^rd Air Postal Squadron and received the National Defense Service Medal, The Good conduct Medal and the Occupation Medal

(Germany).

We will stand a Flag Line at the cemetery.

Sadly, we are called to stand for Francis Lux, US Navy/CT Department of Corrections.

Francis served aboard the USS Porter (DD-800), a Fletcher Class Destroyer,  and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal (one star), and The United Nations Service Medal.

Additionally, Francis served in the CT Department of Corrections for 26 years.

We will stand a Flag Line at the calling hours and the cemetery.

Sadly, we are called to stand for Walter “Wally” Salamon, U.S. Army, WWII.

Wally served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army as a Combat Infantryman and had a tour in the Rhineland.

He was awarded: European African Middle East Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantry Ribbon, Sharpshooter Badge and The American Campaign Theatre Ribbon.

We will stand a Flag Line at the church and cemetery.
