We have been invited by Major General Francis J Evon Jr, Adjutant General to participate in the Freedom Salute Ceremony for CT Air National Guard Units returning from deployment abroad.
We will Stage at the Spare Time Bowling Parking Area and proceed to the Base as a Unit.
We will Stand a Flag Line for the Ceremony.
SC Greg Barratt will be RCIC with Flags on site.
Members attending must provide their Full Name, DOB and Drivers License Number/State to Skip by 6pm tonite  12/31/2019 in order to gain access to the Base.  Access will be denied for anyone not on the approved list.  Members with valid Military/Dependant ID’s do not need to provide information to me.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not Permitted on State Property and your vehicle is subject to search by Base Security Forces when accessing the base.

We will Stand a Flag Line for Church Services and for Cemetery Services following.

It is recommended that members arrive early as parking will be tight as always.

Patriot Guard and Associates;
We are Honored to have been invited to participate in Wreath Laying Ceremonies being held at CT State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown and the Col Raymond F Gates Memorial Cemetery in Rocky Hill.
We will Stand Flag Lines for both events. Members that have flags are requested to bring them.
RC Linda Liversidge-Daley will be the RCIC for the Rocky Hill Event with Flags on site. Members will be needed to Stand in Rocky Hill.
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC for the Middletown Event with flags on site.
Members are Welcome to arrive at the cemeteries at 8am to assist in the unloading and unpacking of the Wreaths in preparation for the 12 noon ceremonies and Wreath Laying.
Parking at the Rocky Hill site will be limited so arrive early.
Parking for the Middletown Event will be on the CT Valley Hospital Property and shuttle busses will transfer participants to and from the cemetery. You will be directed to the parking areas by Volunteers.
Handicapped Parking will be in a designated lot on the CT Valley Hospital Property with handicap shuttles to transport participants to and from the cemetery.
For those members attending Middletown, We will lay Wreaths on the graves for our Unclaimed Veterans following the Main event.  We have 21 graves that we will place a Wreath on.
Weather is forecasted to be rainy so members are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather.
Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not Permitted on State Property.

DUE TO THE WEATHER, ENFIELD SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED  

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA MISSION IS CANCELLED.

We are Honored to have been invited to participate in Wreaths Across America Escorts in Enfield and Cromwell/Middletown.
The following is for the Enfield Escort.  This event is Weather Dependant.
Wednesday 12/11/2019  0730am Stage 
281 State St (Corner of Enfield St)
Flagged Vehicles will join the convoy as directed by the Enfield Police Department.  We will Escort the Wreaths Across America Convoy to the Parkman Elementary School. A Ceremony will be held at Parkman. Members are invited to attend the ceremony if they choose.
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC.
THIS EVENT IS WEATHER DEPENDANT. 
 
Thursday 12/12/2019  8:30am Stage
Stop & Shop Supermarket
195 West St Cromwell, CT 06416
Flagged Vehicles will stage at Stop & Shop and Escort the Trucks with Wreaths from Cromwell to Middletown. Local Law Enforcement, Fire Services and other agencies will be involved.
Law Enforcement will have the final decision as to the progress of the convoy.
Assistance will be needed to assist in the unloading of the trucks at the Eversource Facility following the convoy.
ASC Skip Petras will be RCIC.
THIS EVENT IS ALSO WEATHER DEPENDANT.

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA CONVOY ESCORT TUESDAY 12/10/2019 PUTNAM CT TO OLD SAYBROOK CT

The following mission information is posted for flagged vehicles involved in the escort.  SRC Greg Young will be RC and Safety Officer. The Bike or No Bike  decision will rest with CSP and Greg. 
See below for secondary stage information for arrival in Old Saybrook. 
Date: Tuesday 12/10/2019
Staging time: 0830 
Stage location: WALMART (Greg Young will be in the parking lot close to entrance)
625 School St. (Rte 44)  
Putnam, CT  
This is Exit 47 off I-395 Northbound or Southbound.  
 
There are gas station’s abutting Walmart.  Dunkin Donuts and/or MacDonald’s is 1/2 mile down the road from Walmart.  All vehicles will need to be gassed up, there will be no cutting back into the convoy if someone has to leave.
 
KSU: 0910 Sharp-no exceptions.  
It is imperative that any cages wanting to be in the escort must have Full sized flags safely attached or they will not be included in the convoy.  Motorcycles will not need the full sized Flags to be included in escort. 
Weather currently is predicting rain.  The motorcycle portion is weather permitting and will be determined by judgement of CSP morning of mission.

Secondary Stage Information

Tuesday 12/10/2019  11am.  Convoy is expected between 11:45 – 12:15. 
There is a program planned at the HS for 1pm with the Convoy departing the HS at approx 2pm 
A flag line will be established prior to the first driveway at the HS so the Convoy will pass the line as it enters the school property. 
Jenn Hauser will be in charge with flags on site.
