Sadly we are called to Stand in Honor for George Zlotnick, PFC US Army     WWII 1943-1945.

George served in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater of Operations with Battery B 464th Parachute Field Artillery Battalion, 17th Airborne Division as a Gun Crewman Light Artillery in Northern France and the Rhineland.

Significant Awards include the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Campaign Ribbon w/ 2 Bronze Service Stars and Bronze Arrowhead, American Theater Campaign Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

We will Stand a Flag Line for Calling Hours, Church Services and then for Burial and Military Honors at the Cemetery.

Josh Ratti will be In Charge with flags on site.

Members are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather.

Sadly we are called to Stand in Honor for Jay Lewis Johnson 3rd CL        USCG-Merchant Marine WW II.

Significant Duty Stations include the SS United States VICTORY homeported on both the West Coast and the East Coast as a 3rd Radio Operator.

We will Stand a Flag Line for Burial and Military Honors at the cemetery.

SRC Don Camden will be RCIC with Flags on site.

This mission is at the same time as missions in Southbury and Willimantic.

Members are reminded that Personal Weapons are not Permitted on State Property and to dress appropriately for the weather.
